Traditional Hawaiian Healing Practices
Learn traditional Hawaiian spiritual practices for personal development and wellness, including hoʻoponopono (conflict resolution) and lāʻau lapaʻau (herbal medicine) facilitated by Native Hawaiian cultural practitioners. We will visit wahi pana — storied and sacred sites to integrate your wellness journey. You will also learn how to gather and prepare herbal medicines such as ʻōlena (turmeric) for healing, protection and purification. Journaling, meditation, artwork, nature walks and gentle somatic play such as Authentic Movement are incorporated in our classes and retreats. You will be nurtured by ʻāina (nature), including savoring organic farm-to-table meals.
